1. Leading HelloViz Data Team

From nothing to something. I lead the HelloViz team that helps businesses and hospital facilities visualize and optimize their data for better decision-making. I joined the company during its startup phase and helped lead it to global success by transforming complex data into actionable insights that drove meaningful change.

• Increased profit by 31% by developing a pricing strategy and optimizing revenue models.

• Contributed to establishing the company’s vision and goals, and played a key role in scaling the business from local to global by expanding its services to international clients. 

2. Epidemiologist & Frontline Worker During COVID-19

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I wore multiple hats to help Toledo Lucas County-Public Health department navigate an unprecedented crisis. As an epidemiologist, I collaborated with local law enforcement and the Bureau of Justice Office to develop and implement effective COVID-19 policies . I also developed two key projects under tight deadlines. At the same time, I served as a respiratory therapist on the frontlines, treating patients in critical care.

3. Founder of RVAO movement: Transforming Underused Data

I believe in the power of giving back, and one of the ways I’ve been able to do so is by making data more accessible and impactful. I noticed that in the U.S., large volumes of data were being underutilized. To address this, I founded RVAO movement to make underutilized data more functional and impactful. Our goal is not just to create visually appealing charts but to deliver visualizations that can drive meaningful changes.
